It's time to get that 540 kick! Our workshop is 1.5 hours of hyper focused learning with 4 of our experienced coaches at HTA!
This 540 kick masterclass is for to anyone over the age of 5 and is open to the public, not just HTA members.
Whether you're wanting to land a 540 kick for the first time, or take your 540 kick to the next level, this workshop is for you!
Our workshop will include a group warmup, followed by 540 kick specific drills to break down the technique from scratch before we split into groups. Each group will practice the 540 kick in various areas of the gym such as the trampoline, air track, spring floor and dead floor...we will then work on progressions for different skill levels and allow free time at the end to practice comboing your…
